There is one Biosafety Hood and 2 individual Topcon Lensmeters, plus 1 Topcon Lensmeter that is computerized with a printer. The Biosafety Hood has not been tested for functionality. Two of the Lensmeters powered on and one unit was not powered on due to no power cord. These have not been tested for full functionality. The Biosafety Hood is manufactured by: NuAire Inc and has the model: NU-435-400. The serial number is: 171236111315. This was purchased on: 08-24-2017. The Topcon Lensmeters are manufactured by: Topcon and have the models: LM-8E, CL-200 and LM-6E. The serial numbers are: 3481204, 390910 and 326717. These were purchased on: 09-01-2006.

Some parts may be missing and some units may require repairs. If deficiencies are not listed, it does not mean that none exist. Condition of the property is not warrantied. If applicable, due to sensitive patient information, hard drives have been removed. Inspection and pickup are by confirmed appointment only, Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm. Closed federal holidays. Bidder is responsible for disassembly, packing, crating, banding, shipping, loading and removal. Agency will not assist. Please note that all property must be removed from our warehouse at the same date/time. We do not allow partial shipments and cannot hold items from a lot for pick up at a later date. Please contact property custodian 72 hours in advance of picking up the property.

How To Bid
Placing a BidAuctions for real property accept flat or automatic bids.
Flat bidA flat bid is for an amount at least the current bid plus the posted minimum Bid Increment. If the bid is greater than another bidders automatic bid, the system will consider this flat bid as the current (high) bid. If the bid is less than or equal to another bidders automatic bid, the system will record the bid but it will not be considered the current (high) bid.
Automatic bidAn automatic bid is an amount that you set above the posted minimum bid. Realestatesales.gov will use as much of your bid as needed to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auction reserve price. The system will automatically apply the minimum Bid Increment up to the total amount bid to make you the current winner of the auction or to meet the auctions reserve price. Your automatic bid amount is not shown to other bidders until it is reached through competitive bidding. You may change your bid amount but not less than the next bid increment amount.
